Given the weather forecasted this weekend, the OVS office will be closed on Friday, January 10th.
As a State of Emergency urging non-essential motorists to remain off the roads has been declared for the weekend, in-person services will be canceled for Friday night and Saturday. We will be holding a Friday night service on Zoom at 4:30 PM. Click here to join the service. The password is Bureka1914. The service will conclude before candle lighting, which is 5:29 pm this week.
Additionally, we are postponing Shabbat Together, our youth and Kavanah services, originally scheduled for this Shabbat. They will now be held on Shabbat January 25th.
As always, please use your best personal judgement when going outdoors in inclement weather.
As we see what transpires over Shabbat, we'll update everyone Saturday night if there are any changes for Sunday.
If you or any of your family members have any emergency needs during this time, please call the office and press * to be connected directly to Rabbi Hearshen.
Shabbat Shalom,
Rabbi Hearshen Adam Kofinas, Executive Director Bryan Lavine, President
